GET /properties/widget

Consumer requests a Property Report for the property they're viewing. Cloud CMA creates and emails the PDF to the consumer.

api_key string Required

Cloud CMA API key (required)
mlsnum string

MLS number of the subject property (required if address not provided)
address string

Address of the subject property (less accurate than MLS number)
email_to string(email) Required

Consumer email for report delivery (required)
email_subject string

Email subject. Default: 'Your Cloud CMA Property Report'
email_msg string

Email message body. Default: just the report link.
theme string

Report theme. Default: broker's last used theme.
title string

Report title shown on cover ('Prepared for' section). Default: email_to.
notes string

Internal notes (consumer never sees)
callback_url string(uri)

Webhook URL. If provided with job_id, you handle email delivery instead of Cloud CMA.
job_id string

Unique tracking ID for webhook callbacks
