# Create Property Report for email delivery

**GET /properties/widget**

Consumer requests a Property Report for the property they're viewing. Cloud CMA creates and emails the PDF to the consumer.

## Parameters


### Query parameters

- **api_key** (string)
  Cloud CMA API key (required)

- **mlsnum** (string)
  MLS number of the subject property (required if address not provided)

- **address** (string)
  Address of the subject property (less accurate than MLS number)

- **email_to** (string(email))
  Consumer email for report delivery (required)

- **email_subject** (string)
  Email subject. Default: 'Your Cloud CMA Property Report'

- **email_msg** (string)
  Email message body. Default: just the report link.

- **theme** (string)
  Report theme. Default: broker's last used theme.

- **title** (string)
  Report title shown on cover ('Prepared for' section). Default: email_to.

- **notes** (string)
  Internal notes (consumer never sees)

- **callback_url** (string(uri))
  Webhook URL. If provided with job_id, you handle email delivery instead of Cloud CMA.

- **job_id** (string)
  Unique tracking ID for webhook callbacks
