Query Portal Listing records to check publication status, delivery results, and error details. Portal Listings track the publishing workflow from Propertybase through Manda to destination portals.

Query parameters

  • listing_id string

    Filter by Listing ID

  • portal_id string

    Filter by Portal ID

  • status string

    Filter by status (Published, Failed, Pending, Withdrawn)

    Values are Published, Failed, Pending, or Withdrawn.

      Values are Published, Failed, Pending, or Withdrawn.

      Detailed error message if rendering or delivery failed

    • pba__DeliveryMethod__c string

      How listing is delivered to portal

      Values are API, FTP, or Pickup.

    • pba__LastModifiedDate string(date-time)

      Timestamp of last status update

    • pba__RenderedOutput__c string

      Format of rendered output (XML, JSON, or CSV)
