Broker Metrics API

Intro — What can be done with this API

The Broker Metrics API provides programmatic access to normalized MLS production data so systems can analyze agent, office, and market performance without manual exports. It enables recruiting intelligence, coaching dashboards, roster enrichment, and automated warehousing of time-bound production and inventory signals. Typical users include brokerages (leadership, recruiting, coaching, operations), proptech vendors, BI integrators, and franchisors tracking network talent and coverage.
